Marathi Katta has been formally working in supporting following activities which were charitable and for the benefit of community (or a part of community).
In Australia:
· The relief of poverty or sickness or the needs of the aged through public benevolent institutions and hospitals
o 2010: $1300.00 donations to Meals on Wheels NSW
o 2011: $1000.00 donations to DCH & IPPC (International Postgraduate Paediatric Certificate) from Westmead hospital
· Advancement of education through support to scientific institutes and running libraries for community.
o 2006: $1282.05 donations to Ekal Vidyalaya foundation of Australia.
o 2008: $ 890.00 donations to Childeren's Cancer Institute Ausrtalia (CCIA) libraries for community.
· Advancement of religion by supporting organisations for building and maintaining religious buildings.
· Promoting health by supporting institutions working on public health.
o 2009: $500 donation to MS Readathon
In India:
· The relief of poverty or sickness or the needs of the aged through public benevolent institutions and hospitals.
o 2009: $500 donations to Vanavasi Kalyan Ashram (VKA) for tribal community.
o 2010: $1030.00 donations to Mamata Bal Sadan Saswad (Sindhutai Sapkal)

· Establish as a purely non-profit charitable organisation.
· Work for public benefit and not as a religious organisation.
· Provide benefits of social value to the community or a section of the community, work for humanity with wider society.
· Celebrate Indian festivals with the community.
· Promote art and culture through means such as music, drama & other cultural programs.
· Promote community library and child care services on non- profit basis for benefit of the community.
· Establish/ build community centre (Age care centre, Auditorium, Sports facilities Etc.) with all required facilities
(as a long term)
